George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, Saturday, August 12, 9:45am

This is a perfect event for a hot August day.  Located in the SMU campus in Dallas, this facility is the 13th Presidential Library and Museum to be established in the United States. The library contains millions of presidential records from the George W. Bush administration.  Museum exhibits include A Nation Under Attack, Life in the White House, the interactive Decision Points Theater, a full-size replica of the White House Oval Office, and massive 20-foot-tall, 360-degree LED screen showing high-definition multimedia clips blending art, history, and entertainment. The time you want to spend at the facility is up to you - you can spend many hours studying the legacy of the Bush presidency.

We have booked a visit for the club at significantly lower group rates. See below to pay.  Lunch will be at the highly-regarded Cafe 43, located inside the museum.  Lunch is pay your own.

Date and Time:  Saturday, August 12, 9:45am.  Please be on time and account for time to park (see below).  We will begin our museum visit promptly at 10am.

Cost and Signup:  Our group rate is $13 per person.  We will collect the admission fee in advance so we can pay with one check and save some time.  Lunch at Cafe 43 is pay your own.  Help us out by signing up as soon as you can.  You have 2 ways to pay:

Directions, Parking and Maps:  The museum is located in the SMU campus at 2943 SMU Blvd., Dallas, TX 75205, 214-346-1650.  See map.  However, our parking will be at Bush Center Parking at 6222 Bush Ave, just north of the museum.  Parking map also below.  You may want to set your GPS to the parking destination.  Visitors will be charged $5 per car for the first hour and $0.75 for each additional 30 min.  You will pay by credit card upon exiting the parking lot.  If the parking lot is full, visitors may park in the Moody or Binkley Parking Garages, walking distance from the Bush Center, for a small fee.
